There are two ways to request support. You can click on the "Submit a request" link at the top of this page or you can send an email to email@example.com. We endeavor to respond to requests within one working day.
To allow us to solve your issues as quickly as possible, the following information will be helpful to us:
- The version of UDB or Live Recorder that you are using;
- The Linux distribution you're running on (the
/etc/redhat-releasefiles can tell you this);
- Any console output around the time that you hit the issue (running UDB with the Linux
scriptutility can help to capture all of the terminal output).
