How to create a support ticket

There are two ways to request support.  You can click on the "Submit a request" link at the top of this page or you can send an email to We endeavor to respond to requests within one working day.

To allow us to solve your issues as quickly as possible, the following information will be helpful to us:

  • The version of UDB or Live Recorder that you are using;
  • The Linux distribution you're running on (the /etc/issue and /etc/redhat-release files can tell you this);
  • Any console output around the time that you hit the issue (running UDB with the Linux script utility can help to capture all of the terminal output).

In addition, we may ask you to enable logging in UDB, reproduce the problem and send the generated logs and recordings to Undo.
